Staff RVA is a Richmond-born workforce development and direct hire agency built on the belief that people deserve more than a job. They deserve opportunity, growth, and a future. Founded by April Jones a Richmond nattive and Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leader, our agency bridges the gap between local talent and the businesses that drive our city’s economy.

Our Founder’s Vision

April has led staffing initiatives across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, technical, and corporate services. Her career includes managing multimillion dollar staffing operations, advising executives on workforce strategy, and building scalable training and onboarding systems.

As a proud Richmonder, April knows the challenges and the potential of our city’s workforce firsthand. She is deeply committed to creating pathways that empower youth, uplift underrepresented communities, and prepare individuals with the skills and confidence to succeed in lasting careers.
